According to the State of New Jersey, a "Notary Public is a public officer who serves as an impartial witness to the signing of documents and to the acknowledgement of signatures on documents. A Notary may also administer oaths and affirmations. A duly appointed New Jersey Notary Public is authorized to perform notary services throughout the State of New Jersey."
Who I am as NOTARY PUBLIC?
Since 2018, I've been a Notary Public that is duly commissioned and qualified (sworn) and authorized legally, to perform the notary services in any county in New Jersey. I travel from Bergen to Middlesex County, to work with my clients. Clients can also set appointments for meetings at my office. I've helped with documents for life topics, such as, power of attorney, retirement, and real estate.
What is a NOTARY SIGNING AGENT?
As of 2024, I received certification as a Notary Signing Agent, who by appointment handles the signing of mortgage documents. As an independent contractor, title companies or lenders hire me to help complete the final step of loan processing. In my professional experience, I became proficient at proofreading and checking content for 100% accuracy. This skill is quite beneficial for the review and preparation of loan paperwork.
As a mobile notary agent in NJ, I'm willing to meet clients in Bergen, Essex, and Union County. Our meetings can occur in public facilities or private homes.
