According to the State of New Jersey, a "Notary Public is a public officer who serves as an impartial witness to the signing of documents and to the acknowledgement of signatures on documents. A Public may also administer oaths and affirmations. A duly appointed New Jersey Notary Public is authorized to perform notary services throughout the State of New Jersey."
Since 2018, I've been a Notary Public that is duly commissioned and qualified (sworn) and authorized legally, to perform the notary services in any county in New Jersey. I travel from Bergen to Middlesex County, to work with my clients. I've helped with documents for life topics, such as, power of attorney, retirement, and real estate.
What is a NOTARY SIGNING AGENT?
As of 2024, I received certification as a Notary Signing Agent, who by appointment handles the signing of real estate loan documents. As an independent contractor, title companies or lenders hire me to help complete the final step of loan processing. The fees for signing services vary by each assignment.
