My Legacy
In my family, Mom and Dad (The Smith's) created my legacy. They implanted the entrepreneurial seeds early in my life.
- My Mom (aka "Little Lady") worked over 25 years at a telecommunications company. She also sold Avon and floral arrangements on the side. Even when she retired, Mom continued as an Avon lady.
- My Dad (aka "Superman") worked full-time for General Motors and fixed cars part-time from his garage. He left GM, to work as a full-time mechanic independently.
Their drive intrigued me as child. I began working at 15 years old, but my diverse jobs didn't quite capture my full attention. I needed to share my creativity and people skills within the community. I eventually developed my own part-time company, UTOPIA in 1994. Fast Forward >>
In 2017, I fully immersed myself as entrepreneur, by gaining New Jersey license for Real Estate. The journey is challenging but I'm no punk! I go hard for my family, business, community, and dreams. It excites me to coach and teach individuals towards growth and prosperity.
My Superman ascended to heaven in 2020 and my Little Lady in 2023. It broke my heart. They taught me so much about working for yourself and creating a trustworthy reputation. Daddy disciplined himself to get up early; plan his day; and make it happen for 40 years!
I dedicate my professional and personal life to teaching others to strive and thrive for joy.

My Next Steps
I must continue the legacy and share it with my community. Over the years, I realize I cannot do everything by myself. Thus, I reach out to family, friends, and associates regularly, to remind them of our business. My prayer is that they'll remember us when they need positive change. Being a full-time entrepreneur gives me the flexibility to support our families.
Since 1994, I'm working to bring everything into fruition. My team and I leverage our comprehensive experiences for each client.
